Ultrasonic Imaging System for MYRRHA
Joint project with the Belgium Nuclear Research Centre (SCK/CEN) in order to develop an ultrasonic system for imaging of interior of the nuclear reactor MYRRHA:
• The core of the nuclear reactor is cooled by means of liquid metal Pb/Bi alloy;
• The ultrasonic imaging will be based on the transducers submersed in the liquid lead – bismuth alloy in the reactor at temperature 160-400°C.
