Excel Reports

Excel Reports are created so you can extract data for further analysis.

Card History Report

This report shows detailed card information – very powerful report for troubleshooting any issues. You can see if the card has been recalled, rescheduled, shipped, etc.

Card Status

Similar to Buyer Status Report you can see where the cards are in the loop.

Consumption Report

This report shows consumption data for all of the items or just the consignment items. Most useful for Consignment Items so you can see what to invoice for the specified period.

Card Design Report

• This report gives details of the Kanban sizing for each item. Useful when setting up new items and to check existing items to verify everything matches: the Lead, Safety and Transit times along with the kanban loop size are all included in this report.

Card Audit Report

• Allows you to view all of the cards in the specified state that they are in. You can choose a particular status to see all cards On Hand – then do a quick inventory for that section.

Item Usage Report

• This report shows the usage data by month. Great info to share with your suppliers so they can see the monthly usage for each part.

Blanket Quantity Usage Report

• Help to track Blanket Qty on items - use in combination with an Alert for when the Blanket qty reaches a minimum level.

Outstanding Receive Report

• This report allows the receiving dock to get prepared for the next days receipts. You can choose any date and the report will give the expected shipments for that date.

Supplier Lot Information Report

• General report to show the lot information for the items that track the Lot Numbers.

Scan Analysis Report

• Generic report showing summary scan results. WIP – provide feedback on what else you would like to see.
