What’s the difference between these types of tourism?

• Each student receives and reads the definition of one type of tourism.

• Students placed into groups of 4, with one rep. for each definition

• Each student explains to the group his/her def, and then writes key words, concepts, or main ideas on the group’s “Place Mat” (not in the circle)

• After each student has written and spoken, any similarities should be written inside of the circle (what do you have in common?)

• Share with the class

Global Code of Ethics for Tourism

• “the Code includes nine articles outlining the ‘rules of the game’ for destinations, governments, tour operators, developers, travel agents, workers and travelers themselves.
