Vehicle Disposal through sale

UNICEF Office in Tirana invites you to bid for purchase of the vehicles described below:

The vehicles can be inspected at the UNICEF premises (“Skenderbeg”str, Volkswagen’s building, Tirana, Albania), during official working hours (08.30-12.30 hours or 14.00-17.00 hours) from Monday to Friday.

The vehicles will be sold on an "as is, where is" condition. The buyer shall bear all import taxes applicable in full compliance with Albanian laws, as the vehicle has been procured duty free.

Any interested bidder should deliver his/her bid not later than 16.00 hours on Friday, 27 September 2013 in a sealed envelope marked – BID for UNICEF Albania Toyota 4 Runner, to the following address:

After decision by the bid opening committee of the winning bid, if any, the payment in cash or by the bank transfer must be completed within 24 hours after the bid winner notification. The vehicle should be removed from UNICEF premises by the buyer immediately after the signature of the transfer of the title of the ownership.

Please note that UNICEF will not be responsible for any cost involved in removing the vehicle which is bought as is, where is, nor in maintaining/ insuring/ repairing/ or covering any running costs of the above vehicle.
