ENERTRONICS: PRECISE AND EFFICIENTCONTROL OF ENERGY FLOW WITHELECTRONICS

The Rector Magnificus would like to announce that Prof. dr.Braham Ferreira appointed by the Executive Board of theUniversity of Twente as Professor of Power Electronics at theFaculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and ComputerScience, will be giving an inaugural lecture in the Prof.ir. M.P.Breedveld Room, Waaier Building, at 16.00 on Thursday 23April 2020 to mark the occasion of his appointment.

The title of this lecture will be:Enertronics: precise and efficient control of energy flow with electronics

The Rector Magnificus kindly invites you to attend this event.Before the inaugural lecture coffee and tea will be served inthe foyer of the Waaier building.You may offer your congratulations after the lecture. Associated to this inaugural lecture is a Symposium to beheld in the Prof. ir. M.P. Breedveld-room of the Waaier buil­ding on 23 April 2020, 13.00 - 15.30. The theme of the sym­posium is: 'The energy transition to reduce the carbonfootprint is unprecedented and urgent, stimulating the techindustry to come up with new solutions and products.
