Maintenance Initial “work with” screen displays a list of existing
customers Five alternate views provide the ability to review common
customer data without leaving the list screen Record selection (search) options available on customer
list screen and alternate views Search capability allows user to search for customers using
up to 39 different customer fields for searching, individually or in combination with each other

copying an existing customer Ability to set field defaults for adding new
