The types of our reports are classified as Banded reports, OLAP Data Cubes, HTML and Quick Views as well as letter forms and labels.

The number of report requests was much more than IT could handle.

After the installation of ODS, the users attended ODS implementation training on campus and took Datablock and Report design online training by EVISIONS as a starting point for self-service reporting.

IT set up a training folder and samples gand let them share and work with each other to develop their reports at the beginning.

These users are familiar with the INB forms in their own areas, and were trained to identify the table and field names within those forms, they are able to use the ODS Metadata effectively.

The ODS provided a “user-friendly” way for non-IT staff to build their own reports.

Views and fields in ODS are easy to yunderstand and combine data from various tables.
