Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is working with Livongo to help provide resources to support our members’ emotional well-being by offering the myStrength COVID-19 module at no cost until Dec. 31, 2020.
myStrength offers members stress management strategies, emotional support tools and even parenting tips for challenging times. Tips to consider
1. Jack Canfield’s “Rule of 5”: Make a daily list of five attainable goals to move toward the overall goal.
2. Life hack: Evaluate your life’s direction: current state, five years from now and what you want to change.
3. Try not to overcrowd your vison board; it can be overwhelming to see everything at once.

spending time outdoors.• Maybe I’ll delete Facebook off my phone and see how that
changes my ability to exercise.• I look forward to Saturday morning and coffee with my friend. I
also enjoy taking the time to paint.• I decide whether I have control over something that is stressing
me out. If I have no control, then I decide not to stress. If I have control, I concentrate on doing something to improve it.
