Swim provides a world-class runway platform to launch your swimwear and

Beyond the Runway- Designer content is seamlessly integrated into relevant posts on the Offical Website, Facebook, Twitter and You-Tube pages of MBFW Swim- Each season, a custom social media calendar is created to generate brand awareness and direct traffic to individual designer’s websites
Official Website- The Official Event Website’s designer section will include images and video highlights of designer’s collection and a link to individual designer’s websites (In 2011, mbfashion-week.com had over 1.3 million visitors from 169 different countries) - Online tools for designers to promote their brand including designer runway and backstage photos and videos, profiles, retail locations, links to designer website and e-commerce - Blog stylized site includes real time event news, downloadable schedules, expanded designer content pages, and event scene featuring backstage and celebrity photos
Facebook- Designer news, status updates with insider info, recent photos, video links and contests provide over 222,000 fans (March 2012) an outlet to share and interact with your brand and the Event
Twitter- Up-to-date happenings at MBFW Swim are circulated to
over 89,000 followers (March 2012), which increases an average of 3,000 over the course of each season
YouTube- The Official YouTube channel brings the glamour of the runway directly to millions of consumers worldwide. Via the world’s largest entertainment platform, a dedicated MBFW Swim YouTube channel grants at-home viewers a front row seat to your collection

- Backstage areas come fully equipped with garment racks, mirrors, makeup lights, headsets and radio communication
- Climate-controlled air conditioned environment

- Venue management and an experienced design team to handle all lighting, sound, and staging requirements
- Volunteers will be on site to help set up and break down (stuff gift bags, usher guests, and dress models backstage, if needed)

$10,000 per designer* Group Show
*minimum 4 designer participation
Model Casting (for both Individual and Group Shows)
IMG Fashion producers completely handle casting of the models
for your show. This process includes outreach to model agencies,
casting, schedule coordination with agencies, scheduling of
fittings and hair/makeup tests, and backstage model wrangling.
Model cards including measurements will be provided to designers
once casting is complete. Show costs listed on pages 11 and 12 include
up to 15 models. Designer may opt to hire extra models at an
additional cost.

date and venue. Once completed, return via fax or
mail to IMG Fashion with a credit card authorization
form or company check for your 50% deposit by
April 18th, 2012. If you choose to email it, please send
it to Lauren Turner at lauren.turner@imgworld.com.
Requests will not be considered without a deposit.
If this will be your first time showing with us, please include a designer
press kit along with your application. This should include a company and
designer profile detailing the history of the collection, images of the most
current collection, recent press coverage, and a distribution list. Please
submit this to us in hard copy format (electronic submissions will not be
accepted).
