EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER describes current plans for the A-NEX Cryptocosm.
This vision for the future relies explicitly upon proprietary technology developed by CAT, Inc.
and proprietary conceptualizations developed by CNEX Korea, Inc.
The white paper begins with the presentation of possible hi-tech solutions for pressing social
problems and proceeds to a brief introduction into the A-NEX concept of Tokenomics.
These solutions and conceptualizations have their roots in the development of blockchain
technology, and its first application, which is now commonly referred to as cryptocurrency.
However, the proposed solutions and conceptualizations go several steps further than
foundational blockchain understandings by entailing holistic server-to-user instantiations of
blockchain technology.
This allows A-NEX to bypass the limitations that have characterized the first iterations of
blockchain technology, which tend to assume use of traditional Web 2.0 technology as a
preferred platform.
The white paper ends with an overview of the team
behind this joint venture, A-NEX, which has been
overseen by CAT, CEO, Bruce Khavar, and CNEX
Korea, CEO, Hwang Eun-yeon (shown left).

SOCIAL PROBLEMS & HI-TECH SOLUTIONS
The A-NEX Cryptocosm: A Joint Venture of CNEX & CAT
The advent of cryptocurrency in the last ten years coincides with the rising incidence of
cryptographic hacking events the world over. This security factor lies at the heart of the
trending popularity of blockchain technology, which underlies the A-NEX Cryptocosm.1,2
In recent years, from the US to Korea, and everywhere in between, cryptographic exchange
has suffered from hacking damage and security issues have become a matter of increasing
concern.
One impressive accomplishment of the OT-OCN technology system is that it has now
emerged unscathed from participating in no less than three Cyber Hacking Competitions, in
2015, 2017, and 2018, and each featured in the Korean media and TV.
In announcing the joint venture between CAT and CNEX Korea, Hwang said, "We had a cyber
hacking contest in June, but all of the 140 hackers who participated in the contest failed.
We signed a contract to demonstrate the performance of the new concept security system
1 In 2008, Satoshi Nakamoto published the now-famous landmark paper, “Bitcoin: A Peer-To-Peer Electronic Cash System,” which is available at: http://wfc-knowledgecentre.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Bitcoin-A-Peer-to-Peer-electronic-Cash -System.pdf
The paper describes blockchain technology as the peer-to-peer version of an electronic cash transaction allowing online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Each transaction is coded in a block, and for each block in a chain “The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work” (p. 1). The blocks reside on separate nodes of the internet, and that is why no one can hack into the entire chain at once. From this, emerged Bitcoin, which is now recognized as the world’s first cryptocurrency.
2 Currently, Ethereum is the preferred Cryptocosm for establishing Smart Contracts with block chain technology. The Ethereum platform will be utilized for the first six months, along with one of its utility tokens, e.g. Ether (www.ethereum.org/ether). This will then be phased out, as the A-NEX Cyber Coin, DONpia, and the utility Cyber Token, UNIA point, are phased in.
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER

In particular, I will be preparing for safer financial transactions." 3
OT-OCN is a technology developed for cyber security; a complete cyber security protocol. 4
Generally speaking, it uses a block chain platform with a security protocol that is decentral-
ized to create what Khavar calls the Unhackable Cloud. The cyber security protocol begins
with a server-side technology – OT-OCN. This is the underlying technology used for various
other system components and services, e.g. Cyber Security as a Platform (CSaaP).
OT-OCN supports the platform, BBS. Together, OT-OCN and BBS comprise the nuts and
bolts of a holistic, self-sufficient computer system that is not reliant upon Web 2.0 entry
and exit points. For this reason, the self-contained system is unhackable.
The claim to fame grows every time the system survives another Cyber Hacking Competi-
tion. This white paper describes A-NEX’s security claim and the utility claim of a secure
token for 100% cyber security.
3 “Adopted US security technology for Korean venture company.” Jang Byung-hee. (2018). Korea Daily. Available at http://www.koreadaily.com/news/read.asp?art_id=6398195)
4 The Oxford English Dictionary defines computer protocol as “A set of rules governing the exchange or transmission of data between devices.” Thus, OT-OCN entails a complete cyber security server-to-user protocol. It is sufficient to support the digital currency awards for all the actions and transactions of an entire Smart City.
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER
6
Pressing Social Problems and Possible Hi-Tech Solutions
White papers regarding crypto coins and crypto tokens often relay explicit technological
descriptions and details for every imaginable facet of a proposed Cryptocosm.
This white paper assumes an elementary familiarity with block chain technology, its first child,
Bitcoin, and the notion that a truly secure online transaction mechanism that is decentralized
opens up a new universe of possibilities.
Whereas all modern economic transactions implicitly rely on banks as third-party facilitators and
enablers, this properly secure technology would eliminate the need for banks. Banks and paper
money are brick & mortar institutions, while block chains using cryptocurrencies and Smart
Contracts are just digital realities. By obviating the need for banks and paper money to enact
transactions that relay value, the resulting digital currencies are, effectively, Smart Money.
A-NEX is conceptualizing the use of Smart Money in Smart Cities.
In the first stage of the concept, a utility token is adopted by a Smart City and used to award
value for all actions and transactions. The OT-OCN central cyber security protocol assigns the
cryptocurrency awards. In a traditional economic system, value is only awarded by the exchange
of money in a transaction. This happens in the Smart City when transactions serve the purpose
of exchanging crypto tokens, which can later be exchanged for digital currencies or real-world
currencies.
The purchase of a piece of candy in a store is realized instantly as it is recorded in the block
chain, and the OT-OCN system allows the required exchange of tokens to be enacted and
recorded in a block now connected to the block chain of the customer and the block chain of the
store. It is like any digital exchange of money, only it is completely secure, and no aspect of the
transaction is hackable.
Now, add to this the ability of the OT-OCN Smart City central computer to award crypto tokens
for all actions and behaviors that are deemed of benefit to society in the Smart City. This is
possible in a decentralized system that does not rely upon banks or paper money.
All it requires is the consent of the people participating in the system.

7
A Common-Sense Approach to Optimal Utilization of Blockchain Technology
Web 2.0 experts rack their brains to create www-based security systems.
Meanwhile, Khavar, a renowned veteran of the computer science industry, set out to create
… something else.
From a creative standpoint, he wondered if he could utilize the existing internet
infrastructure to transmit back and forth in a world of software and hardware that existed
outside of the Web 2.0. What if you adopted the block chain protocol for decentralized, peer-
to-peer, totally secure, transactions, and operated within a separate, dedicated, server-to-
user system?
Wouldn’t that be the way to build a truly secure system?
Wouldn’t that creation give us something like the Holy Grail of IT - the Unhackable Cloud?
The Holistic Server-to-User System
Even though many companies claim to have paradigm-shifting, disruptive technology in
progress, the bottom line is that all internet security systems that exist today are based on
the IP Internet Technology.
This simple factor was recognized by the original internet scientists, like Dr. Van Jacobson –
author of Traceroute and TCPDump – who knew from the beginning that this would be the
root cause of problems in Cyber Security.i
In launching CAT, Khavar was considering all the existing flaws and pitfalls, as well as
predicting the morphed and compounded future flaws, future needs, and requirements of
truly secure systems.
In addition, in a reliable cyber world, CAT’s OT-OCN server-side technology could become
the foundation and platform of choice for Global Cyber Trade and Digital Economy Trade
with CNEX Korea’s dynamic Cyber Token and Cyber Currency utilizing an evolved and
reliable version of Block Chain Technology.
5 For example, Jacobson, V. (1988, August). Congestion avoidance and control. In ACM SIGCOMM computer communication review, 18(4), pp. 314-329. ACM. https://courses.cs.washington.edu/courses/cse550/14au/papers/CSE550.congavoid.pdf
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER

Because OT-OCN is the server, that supports BBS as the platform, what is enabled is the creation
of (a) an environment supporting block chain technology, or a Cryptocosm, (b) and the ability
to create and transmit block chains and block chain transactions in a totally secure environment
that has no Web 2.0 entry and exit points.
Since the beginning in 2008, cryptocurrency has been haunted by a vexing double-bind that
posed a nasty threat. This is the simultaneous promise of presenting a paradigm-shifting
technology, along with the horrifying specter of always being housed within the eminently-
hackable Web 2.0 system.
OT-OCN transcends the double-bind, and offers a truly secure, server-to-user, Cryptocosm.
For example, OT-OCN has already achieved proof-of-concept to the extent that it has been
proven immune to Zero Day attacks with the ability to protect the IoT world, and it protects
users from attacks such as (a) the Stuxnet Worm, (b) web Counter Attacks, (c) web hackers,
and (d) DDOS and DOS attacks. CAT’s exclusive OT-OCN has the best chance against
attacks like Ransomware and Snowden-type extrusion and Cyber Breaches.
Simply put, it is Khavar’s vision of a complete, holistic, server-to-user system that has led to
the development of OT-OCN and the Unhackable Cloud.
OT-OCN and the Unhackable Cloud
In the early years if the 21st century, Khavar’s conceptualization of OT-OCN, server-side
technology to create a unique server-to-user system that existed outside of standard internet
protocols, was an act of genius.
In the Smart City of tomorrow, it will be a taken for granted and common-sense way to live,
share, and exchange value.
The BBS
Once the server-side technology is conceptualized, then the platform comes next. And with the
full, server-to-user system now in the works, the possibilities become limited only by one’s
imagination.
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER
9
What if you could have a truly unhackable experience online – what would be possible now that was not possible previously?
The BBS eWallet
A premier example of a security and utility application arising from the OT-OCN and BBS cyber
protocol is the development of the BBS eWallet.
Now an individual can purchase good and services with Cyber Tokens, and enjoy knowing they
are using an unhackable eWallet.
It truly is the new and improved version of the very old and well-known concept of using a
wallet.
The major advantage is that you now have a wallet that you keep, carry, and access within a
truly secure system. You will probably access it through your Smart Phone.
The Paradigm Shift: What Does It All Mean?
The fact that a Korean company and an American company have created A-NEX as a joint
venture to offer a global Cryptocosm is daunting, but it is impossible to ignore.
Korea is a global capital of high technology and its applications in the brick & mortar world and
in the virtual worlds of cyberspace. Korea has approved implementation and execution even
before all the technology is worked out, simply because it is so inevitable, that it cannot be
ignored and neglected for long.
In this way, Korea has become a natural springboard for entry into technological possibilities of
tomorrow, which will impact everyone throughout the global economy. Seoul has a reputation
as the world’s most digital city, and South Korea is widely considered to be as digitally connected
and high-tech savvy as any country in the world. While many countries langured in a post-
recessionary haze, South Korea was busy making plans to create new Smart Cities along with
a network of incubators and venture capitalists that will rival Silicon Valley as a hotbed for high-
tech innovation and entrepreneurship.
The joint venture between CAT and CNEX Korea is actually a natural move for both entities, and
the ability to market truly secure environments enabling Smart Money for Smart Cities is
perhaps better-based in South Korea than any other country.

Announcing the A-NEX Super Cloud
The Unhackable Cloud of CAT now becomes the A-NEX Super Cloud.
There is an urgent and pragmatic need to simplify and provide a universal platform that has all
necessary, reliable and accountable services and attributes required to support the Smart Cities
and Hyper Cities of tomorrow.
Computer science experts have long acknowledged there is no shortage of data indicating
civilization as we know it is threatened by the current and pervasive failures of Cyber Security.6,7
It may sound other-worldly at first, but OT-OCN is, in principle, the only way to transcend the
Cyber Security issue of a Web 2.0 WWW world, and that is why A-NEX can boast possession of
technology required to create the A-NEX Super Cloud.
6 J. J. Walker, T. Jones, M. Mortazavi, & R. Blount. (2011). “CyberSecurity Concerns for
Ubiquitous/Pervasive Computing Environments,” 2011 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery, pp. 274–278.
In 2011, these authors noted clearly that,
Cyber Security has become a matter of national, economic, and societal importance. Present-day attacks on the nation's computer systems do not simply damage an isolated machine or disrupt a single enterprise system. Instead, modern attacks target infrastructure that is integral to the economy, and daily life. Computer networks have joined food, water, transportation, and energy as critical resources for the functioning of the national economy. As a result of our interconnected world no device is an island, and security still remains a significant obstacle for ubiquitous and pervasive environments, partially in terms intrusions. (p. 274) 7 Al-Mhiqani, M. N., Ahmad, R., Yassin, W., Hassan, A., Abidin, Z. Z., Ali, N. S., &
Abdulkareem, K. H. (2018). Cyber-security incidents: a review cases in cyber-physical systems. International Journal of Advanced Computer Science Applications, 9(1), 499-508. Available at https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/6cbc/7ab578a5288ca9d6649a27434a2392793617.pdf This article is a late-breaking academic treatment of Cyber Security, with a detailed listing of the many types of Cyber Security failures we now experience in the world. Yet, the article concludes with the following statement:
The wide uses of Cyber-Physical Systems nowadays bring some risks and means for cybercriminals to use in their attacks against governments, organizations, or individuals … However further work though is needed, the first suggestion is to include the study on how to trace the source of incidents, which cover the study of the groups and single individual hackers where the source of incidents come from, and the second suggestion is to study the cyber-physical security detection mechanisms to detect the attacks whether it comes from outsider or insider. (p. 507)
Yet everyone already knows that knowing the source of the Cyber threats will not stop the threat. This is why solving the problem of Web 2.0 WWW Cyber Security on the level of the Web 2.0 WWW system is never going to be enough. What is required is a completely self-sustaining system like the OT-OCN providing secure server-to-user protection in a block chain platform, all with no entry points into or out of the Web 2.0 WWW.
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER
11
It makes complete sense, especially when set against the backdrop of the contemporary world
and its Swiss cheese of cyber security protocols.
With so many cyber security breaches it is now the plight of every single government, and all
corporations and households to live under constant threat of Cyber Attack. In some sense, it is
as if we have all involuntarily surrendered all of our most private assets and personal information,
and resigned ourselves to their eminent theft.
The foremost problem is due to flaws and shortcomings in the initial internet architecture.
Originally, the Internet was designed as a trusting and trusted environment with minimal
checks and balances regarding Cyber Threats, as well as providing facilities for content
delivery, operation, trading, safety, security, reliability and so on. Ironically, the prospect of
obtaining a trusting, reliable, accountable, secure and safe cyber world is perhaps now the
most vital and in demand service one could imagine.
The beauty of the OT-OCN is that it rescues society from the Cyber Terrorism crisis offering a
very secure and rich environment from the gate of the cyber fortress to everything inside of it
in a timely and well organized manner.
The resulting Cyber World becomes a virtual global fortress.
Yet, mainstream Cyber Security solutions today are mostly concentrating on the gates in the
system, with almost no organized order and policing executed inside this virtual global fortress.
Therefore, if the hackers, and their ensuing barrage of viruses and worms, can just get past the
gatekeepers, then the hackers are practically home-free and can do as they please.
Traditionally, it has been the province and responsibility of governments, educational
institutions and very large global companies to defeat these threats.
Well, how has that been working for us lately?
In fact, early on Khavar had predicted that the original internet would eventually be unable to
sustain what it would inevitably become. Khavar’s vision, since long ago, was to create
something that would be the foundation for the next generation Cyber Security Protocol -
something truly innovative, and fresh, inspired by out-of-the box thinking.
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER
12
With little thought of security, protection, and accountability in mind, the internet’s original
infrastructure was intended simply to expand communication resources, extending upon
existing technology, such as the Laser Printer.
The aforementioned shortcomings and flaws of the current Internet leave a giant opening that
amounts to an invitation to attain the equivalent of Cyber Carte Blanche for Cyber Criminals.
They can steal and permanently damage the Cyber World, and everyone connected to it with a
variety of adverse effects, including damaged or stolen credit ratings, banking information, and
virtual vaults full of corporate and personal information.
Thus, OT-OCN is not just a good idea, and not just Web 3.0 – it is a game-changer; it is a brand
new ball game.
Tokenomics: Crypto Coins and Crypto Tokens
It is the use of Crypto Coins and Crypto Tokens that allows the full-blown flowering of
Tokenomics.
In this system, a central OT-OCN computer allows trade to happen more efficiently by allowing
actions to be converted into units of coins and tokens, with exchange based on a system that
learns the value of actions and allows transactions to happen.
Because the OT-OCN comprises a computer that can learn and be coded to acknowledge and
manage this field of economic actions and transactions, we can now claim that Tokenomics will
comprise the single most utilitarian and powerful economic exchange system in history.
Some form of Tokenomics will underlie every application of blockchain technology involving
cryptocurrencies.
Enterprise Market Sales
The prospect of enterprise sales opens up as the decentralized Tokenomics economy increases
in value by virtue of increasing usage of DONpia Cyber Coins and UNIA point Cyber Tokens.
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER
13
Whereas individuals accomplish peer-to-peer transactions with no need for reliance on a bank
or major corporation, the vision of enterprise level sales of goods and services in the new
Tokenomics exchange environment of A-NEX will prompt new types of B2B sales and services.
In particular, as there is no need for banks or expensive merchant accounts, B2B sales realize
greater profits thus creating new incentives for B2B and B2C sales.

TOKENOMICS
The BBS eWallet
Below, in Fig. 2, is a full flowchart mapping out BBS eWallet capabilities.
The flowchart is so large and detailed as to be properly legible when viewed as an electronic
document under magnification:
Figure 2. Flowchart of BBS eWallet Structure.
This copious level of detail serves to make a larger point about how well this technology is
being understood presently.
Note how easily the eWallet allows an individual to choose which type of Cyber Token or
Cyber Currency to use, which exchange system to use, and so on.
What seems daunting at first conceptually becomes reduced to a set of menu-driven
options, which entail all user needs.

Issuance of Coins
Satoshi Nakamoto defined “an electronic coin as a chain of digital signatures.”8
Although digital in nature, the protocol for issuing DONpia Cyber Coins in the A-NEX system
is being carefully established.
Disciple issues include the following:
(a) if only a limited number of DONpia coins are issued then the currency becomes
inflationary, and (b) likewise, if an unlimited number of DONpia coins are issued then the
currency becomes deflationary.
DONpia is a truly decentralized cryptocurrency where all users become peer economic entities
and operate in an autonomous economic system distributing profits commensurate with the
value of participation.
Thus, a new Tokenomics will be realized based on the issuance of DONpia coins and UNIA
point tokens.

accordance with the scope of commercialization and usage of UNIA point in the real world.
The scope of the usage of UNIA point will be infinite, as people use the A-NEX Unhackable
Super Cloud and BBS eWallets more and more.
Token Structure
Anyone who would like to participate in the OT-OCN system must agree to the Earnings Per
Coin and Activity protocols (EPCA).
The EPCA defines the particular system that automatically distributes operational revenue.
The EPCA system is an encoded policy that automatically distributes operational revenue on
the platform pursuant to the amount of coins participants have, and how active they are.
It will be the driving force of the platform in the A-NEX Cryptocosm that enables it to grow
on its own.
This will also act as a powerful means to prevent concentration of capital by a platform
operator, by Crypto Exchanges, or by going back to the old centralized system.
THE A-NEX WHITE PAPER
17
MARKET LANDSCAPE
Selling Cyber Services to Enterprise Markets
A-NEX will be in a position to sell cyber services to the enterprise.
For example, instead of the universal mandate to have a merchant account with an existing
credit agency in order to transact with credit cards, and debit cards, A-NEX will effectively
replace the merchant account industry by supplying B2B and B2C protocols to businesses in the
form of gaining access to the A-NEX system to fulfill financial transactions.
A-NEX will not have to charge 2.8% interest on every credit card transaction in the system, but
instead will be able to apply a miniscule fee for A-NEX access by enterprise corporations, which
will only cost a small fraction of the comparable merchant accounts.
For example, A-NEX will be in a position to facilitate the issuance of ‘gift cards’ allowing
individuals to purchase business products and services with the use of a virtual or actual debit
card instrument.
In other words, A-NEX will not be gauging the Tokenomics economy by usurping the automatic
protocols of the OT-OCN system, but will instead be able to grant access to it easily and for a
fair and miniscule fee.
These are the types of advantages that A-NEX will be able to pass on to the enterprise in an
effort to entice businesses of all kinds to participate actively in the A-NEX system.
From the joint venture of CAT and CNEX Korea, comes the A-NEX Super Cloud, a block chain
exchange environment that is self-sustaining as well as fully interconnected with real-world
currencies.
From the smallest, non-profit organizations and communities to entire Smart Cities, there is no
limit on the types of communities the A-NEX Super Cloud will be able to serve.
