Virago Enterprise is run under the entrepreneurship of Mr. Vidyanand S. Galphade. He is a B.E. Metallurgy from College of Engineering Pune and M.Tech Metallurgy from IIT Kanpur.

He has more than 13 years of total work experience. Out of this He has 5 years of Industrial R&D experience, where he was a part developing 3000 square meters R&D Centre. Recently he served as an Assistant Professor in Metallurgy and Materials Science at College of Engineering Pune from 2009 to 2016.

During his tenure at COEP, he initiated many Training courses/ Workshops for Industry personnel. He also served nearby Industries by offering Metallurgical consulting service. Few of his skill sets are Metallography, Mechanical testing, Failure Analysis, Weight Reduction and Thermomechanical processing. Along with steel especially spring steel, he also worked on 2xxx, 6xxx aluminium alloys Mg-Zn-Zr-RE alloys. He wrote few technical papers and one patent.
