IMPORTANT All Applicants must submit their Application at the Spain Visa Application Centre in Bogota not before 3 months from the initiation date of departure or after 15 business days prior to departure.

application form for each individual applying for a visa, including children.

Courier delivery By the time you submit your application you will receive your identification number for the delivery through DOMESA. With this number you can call DOMESA call centre to schedule the appointment for your delivery, in this

way you can be sure you will be at the designated place when the passport is delivered.
