Where I worked

1984-1989: My first job as a travel consultant at the

reservation department. Later I specialized in USA/Canada and

Far East travel.

1994-1996 Manager grouptravel. Responsible for setting up a

new grouptravel department. Promoted to operations manager.

After 1,5 year made a career switch to full time ICT Manager.

Diplomas:

1989-1994: Business travel consultant and software developer.

Switched to business travel. A lot of congress- ,

trade missions, incentives and tour guiding.

1996-2000: ICT Manager. Set up and management of the new

ICT department and service desk. A lot of projects like migrating

IT infrastructure, airline reservation systems, implementation of

financial and hotel booking systems.

2000-2001 Project manager Web developments

2001-2002 ICT Business Architect

2002-2004 Manager ICT Projects & Product Development

Diplomas & skills:

2000-2001: Switched to IT contracting. Mainly Internet related

projects. By the end of 2000 I took up the position of e-Business

consultant at SNT in Zoetermeer

2004-2006: Portfolio Manager Contact center.

2006-2008: Manager Business Development & Marketing

2010: As project manager CRM responsible for the testing,

training of users and implementation of the Siebel based CRM

tooling at the call centers of the Dutch State Lottery.

Diplomas & skills:

2008-2010: Director ICT & Business Development.

2009-2010: Director Marketing & Communication
