Hello, my name is Bruce Atkins and as a professional Photographer and licensed inactive Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida, I am uniquely qualified to photograph your real estate listing(s) to best display what will help you sell your property. Remember, the

photographs of your property have to tell a story and entice your clientele to investigate further.

The following few photographs have been shot in an HDR (High Dynamic Range) format to not only show competancy, but project those details in the photographs that your prospective clients will

want to see in order to envision themselves taking ownership.

Please contact me @ 941.726.6821 and we'll discuss the details that will put us together as a team dedicated to moving you

forward……………………….

The exterior view must project those features that will inspire your client to explore further.

With HDR photography, the ability exists to display your images as a classic photograph style.

Or in a more artful style. The choice is yours.

An exterior view whether front or back should help your client take ownership.

The classic kitchen view is one of the most needed views in any photographic presentation. Regardless of whether

your home is in the upper price limits………………………

or in the low to mid range………………..

or perhaps somewhere in between, the view must inspire your prospect to wish to use this space.

Photographs should walk your clients through a similar path that you would walk a client when presenting a house. In

this case, the great room from the kitchen area is displayed.

The formal dining room

Followed by the master bedroom

The master bath

Many homes feature a separate den

An in home office is a focal point in today's work at home environment.

Quite often, a development monument is present.

This is a pool area within a development.

When an area attraction such as shopping or other attribute is about, I'll usually include a photograph or two in my presentation.

In the case below, this is Lakewood Ranch main street.

A little free "pub" is always a good thing. I'll end my presentation with a closing credit slide unless instructed otherwise.

I hope I have conveyed my method of portraying your property to its best presentation. When a client (meaning you) desires a different technique or storyline, all I need is to be told and I'll always bend to you, the customer. At

the end of the day, this is your project so your vision should be and is the priority. My job is to photograph

your perception. Again, my name is Bruce Atkins and I would appreciate any feedback (negative or

otherwise)you can offer. Please call me @ 941.726.6821 or email me @ bruce@vtsrq.com.
