WALNUT PRESSURE FILTERS

There are 4 types of Walnut Pressure Filters available in the market differentiated by how

backwash is completed:

1- Backwash completed by an internal mixer.

2- External backwash pump.

3- External gas compressor for backwash

4- Our Pressure Filter does not need any internal mixer, or external backwash pump, or

external gas compressor, yet effective.

Pressure Filters with internal mixers, during backwash the mixer will enhance turbulence

enforcing cleaning walnut shell from oil.

In this case, during backwash, the backwash pump will enforce the cleaning of walnut shell.

During backwash, the gas compressor will allow gas flow inside the filter enhancing cleaning of

walnut shell.

Simply during backwash incoming flow is mixed with gas bubbles and injected through nozzles.
