• Give to be admired by one person:
GOD!
How About Prayer?
• Prayer is meant to be honest and deep communication with our Heavenly Father,
not meaningless babbles or memorized prayers that have no meaning to you.
How about Fasting?
• When you choose to fast over a problem, don’t advertise how
spiritual you are.
God is Watching…
• Whether or not we have the correct motivation when we give
to others…
God is Watching…
• Whether our prayers are only for the attention and admiration
from man.
God is watching…
• Whether or not we are serious in our fasting…serious enough to
not tell anyone that we are fasting
God is watching…
• He rewards thoughtful giving…
• He rewards sincere prayer…
• He rewards secret fasting.
