WHERE TO SPEND YOUR TIME?

• 90% of your time should be YouTube

• When to use Vimeo.com and Viddler.com and Amazon S3

• Remember what's the point? Get them back to your site

• Username: brand name, keyword rich & professional (FreeYogaVideos)

• Settings ==> Channel type ==> Director / Musician / Comedian / Guru / Reporter

• Screenshot when you get awards

• Theme & colors ==> Background image

• Videos & playlists ==> Autoplay featured video

• Edit your profile ==> Add URL

• Tell them to subscribe
