Subject: DRCR.net Request for Reading Center Application

The Diabetic Retinopathy Clinical Research Network (DRCR.net) is currently planning a study to evaluate diabetic retinopathy on ultrawide field (UWF) photos and ultrawide field fluorescein angiography.

The DRCR.net is interested in collaborating with a Reading Center such as yours for image grading and image quality feedback for UWF color photos, UWF fluorescein angiograms, and ETDRS 7-modified field photos. If your Reading Center is interested in potentially collaborating with the DRCR.net on this project, please review and complete the attached application.

Please submit your application, budget and related documents to Danielle Wales (dwales@jaeb.org) no later than April 21st, 2014.

To help gauge interest, if you are planning on submitting an application please let us know by March 31st. This is of course non-binding and you are welcome to submit an application by the deadline even if we are not informed by March 31st, similarly a positive response to the interest does not commit the Reading Center to completing an application
