WEBEX MEETINGS – HOW TO RECORD

1. Go to liberty.webex.com and select Support Center.

2. Go to Downloads under support.

3. Download and install WebEx Meetings.

4. Open WebEx Meetings through Start.

5. Start the Meeting or Join a Meeting.

6. Press when the meeting is in session.

7. You will know it’s recording at the bottom of the application.

8. Press the Recorder icon in the top right to hide the Recorder Pane in the bottom right.

9. Pause and stop the recording using the buttons in the Recording Pane.

10. Go to Kaltura MyMedia (watch.liberty.edu) to find your recording.

11. Locate your recording in the list of videos in MyMedia.

Note: Your recording may take a few minutes to upload depending on the recording length.
