Recent technological advances are creating an opportunity in Higher Ed to substantially reduce administrative operating costs. Mission Metrics

What defines our “success”? How do we know if we’re succeeding? How can we succeed more often? How can we do so more efficiently?

At Minear & Company, we help craft mission statements that support and enhance all facets of operations. We translate each component into a measurement framework, so you can gauge success in a consistent way. We then help you set up ways to collect the data you need to do so. We even have proprietary tools that can help you arrive at answers quickly.
