Anchovies & white anchovies Olmeda Origenes. Ingredientes:
• 1 grated tomato • 2 spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil • Fleur du sel • 1 tin of Anchovy fillets from Cantabrian Sea • 1 tray of White anchovies in Vinegar • 1 Spoon of parsley. • 2 slices of bread
Directions:
1. Season the grated tomato with extra virgin olive oil and fleur du sel to taste and spread on the slices bread.
2. Place the anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea and the white anchovies Olmeda Origenes on the bread one by one.
3. Sprinkle parsley and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Origenes. 4. Eat and enjoy!
