What is the Action Plan?

The Action Plan for Walking + Biking is the County’s long-range master plan to improve conditions for walking and biking throughout St. Louis County.

The Action Plan VisionThe Action Plan envisions a safe, connected, and equitable transportation system that supports people of all ages and abilities in accessing life’s many opportunities.
