2. Pt’s who repeatedly DNA – to get letter– Implemented

3. Practice leaflet to be updated– Done & being translated into Turkish

4. Text message reminders for pre-bookable appts– Implemented

5. Publish DNA rates on TV screen– Advice on Ticker tape about attending appts

6. Publish number of available appts– Hard to achieve as changes so quickly
