enclosed in this new consultant packing is basic building tips to help you get
started and keep you on track. Your weekly success meetings, daily hot line tips
and weekly conference calls will provide you with continuous education,
inspiration and motivation to propel you up the ladder of success. Your Mary
Kay starter Kits contains additional materials to help you build a strong,

As a new Consultant, I encourage you to treat this business as if you were a
college student. Be patient with yourself, you will not learn everything overnight.
Commit yourself to a certain number of hours per week to "Mary Kay School"

kit) and the Silver Wings Program(online at marykayintouch.com).
I strongly recommend that you attend the 6 week MBA Mary Kay new consultant
training program from 6-7 pm on Wednesday nights at the Pink Beauty Center in
Wilkes Barre. (Schedule enclosed)
As your director, I will be your business coach. You are the Independent Beauty
Consultant, YOU set your own goals and your recruiter and I will guide you in

3. Establish a Mary Kay Email Address 4. Make a reservation with your director for your New Consultant Training. *1st Saturday of the month 9:30 – 12:00. 5. Discuss Inventory Options with your director. Review Ready, Set, Sell brochure. 6. Complete the following steps in setting up your business: Open your Mary Kay checking account and order Mary Kay checks. Order your First Steps at www.marykayintouch.com (business cards). Order your Personal Web Page for $25 (half price) at www.marykayintouch.com .
