When you are logged in:

• Complete the name card on both sides

• Introduce yourself to your neighbours

• Brief: You’ve been tasked with creating a site in Plone for the

upcoming Environment and Energy Conference (MEECon 2015) – to

be held over three days at the University of Leicester.

• Look at the Example Website to see what needs to be created.

your cursor is

• Click on your Sandbox

• Where do you go to create a page?

Some Tips

• Be patient

• Sometimes an error occurs when saving a page – Ctrl+F5 will reload

the page.

Conference Themes page from the words ‘conference themes’ at the

top of the page

– Enter a Change Note and Save the page

• Add an external link from the home page (MEECON 2015) to the

sponsors page.

• Compare your version to the Example site.
