Magic to being an UPstanderThank Goodness I’m Female (TGIF) initiative focuses on the prevention of female relational aggression. Unnoticed, relational aggression, a pervasive form of bullying purposely intends to harm or manipulate relationships to hurt another. The program is funded by The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio and the United Way - Women’s Leadership Network.
