Welcome to the user guide for the BFA Find a Florist Profile

LOGIN TO YOUR PROFILELogin to the member area of the BFA florist website by;

• Visiting https://www.britishfloristassociation.org/my-account/•Or simply go to www.britishfloristassociation.org

LOGIN TO YOUR PROFILE• Enter your email address that you registered with the BFA.• Enter your password or alternatively re-set the password. • Click login and scroll down to ‘ Edit profile’

PERSONALISE YOUR PROFILE• Once logged into your profile you can upload your own logo banner. • Add your relay company or other organisations you belong to. Logo only please. • Please check the rules on branding with your organisation.

• When uploading the banner ignore square and upload long banner. Logo Banner image needs to be 1200px (w) x 435px (h)

• EVEN IF YOU ENTER NO OTHER IMAGES PLEASE ENTER YOUR LOGO BANNER!

PERSONALISE YOUR PROFILE• Complete all information boxes . Those with a * are a required field. • Please include your biography or any details about your business. • These words are used to increase your google rankings and help you gain more business.

PERSONALISE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS• Add the opening and closing hours of your business. It’s so important that the consumer knows when you will be around.

Personalise your business services and delivery areas

• Click all the services you do and add all your delivery areas.

Add the images • We recommend that the first image is your business front or inside picture.• The image sizes should be no larger than 500kb.• The images must not exceed 550 x 300 pixels• Do not add images taken landscape from your phone. Portrait only or the image will

upload sideways

SAVE YOUR CHANGES• Once you have finished your profile changes click ‘’update profile’’. • The BFA are notified of your changes. Please give us 24 hours to check the images and any other items required. Once approved we activate your profile.

Check your map marker. • Once you have saved all the pictures, uploaded your profile details, now check map

marker. • This is how your business is displayed on the map and where the customer can find you. • If you have any queries or the map marker is not showing, please email

membership@britishfloristassociation.org

PREVIEW YOUR PROFILE• Once you have completed and saved your profile you can preview it by returning back to the BFA website. • If you see that you wish to immediately alter the profile, login again and make the changes as you wish.
