WELLBEING MATTERS – REPORT OVERVIEW

The Wellbeing Matters report has been created from a

survey of over 16,000 professionals from across the UK

in April-May 2020. It examines the impact of the Covid-19

pandemic on personal wellbeing, and how employers are

taking steps to support their workforce.

We hope the findings will help you to support positive

wellbeing in the future world of work.

the start of the coronavirus outbreak

lockdown began

• Be frank in discussions and find out what is most affecting

your workers’ wellbeing.

• Communication is key to your Covid-19 pandemic

response, make sure you update your team regularly.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EMPLOYEES

• Be aware of your own wellbeing, and accept help when

it’s offered.

• Make sure you’re spending enough time on yourself,

making use of the support offered by your employer and

setting clear boundaries between work and leisure time.

• Be mindful of what comes next.
