discrepancy and the Marines name who identified the gear.

Step 3: Once the Marine attaches the label to the gear, the receiving Marine notifies an ops Marine that there is gear being added to the frustrated rack.

added to the rack an ops Marine will use a baggage label to tag the gear.

Step 5: The tag includes • NSN• Nomenclature• Cage # (if any)• Part Number (if any)• Qty • Issue (discrepancy)• Unit of Issue• Description

Frustrated Gear Process

Frustrated Gear Process Step 6: Once the tag has been filled

out. It will detach in three places. One slip goes one the gear, ops keeps one and GA keeps one.

Step 7: GA will do research and give us a final disposition.

Step 8: Once we have received the deposition we will handle the gear accordingly.

There is no such thing as extra gear!!!

When a unit sends us more gear than expected bring it operations so we can handle immediately.
