When someone does us a good turn, don’t we naturally feel indebted?

Influence is about who you are as a person, your character, and what you build with people through serving them and making sacrifices for them.

The skill of influencing people to work enthusiatically toward goals identified as being for the common good. The key to leadership is accomplishing the tasks at hand while building relationships.

All of life is relational.The most important ingredient in a successful relationship is trust.

Did they have power?POWER= the ability to force people to do something

Did they have influence?INFLUENCE= the ability to get people to willingly do your will

WHY ARE THEY CONSIDERED TO BE LEADERS?
