By Jose Caballer 03/24/16

The System is a human-centered design consultancy.

What We See

To put it simply — people are complex and business is complex. Technology and speed have increased this exponentially. Hence, friction.

Friction looks something like this:1. Lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities 2. Lack of resource / Gaps in execution & ownership 3. Lack of clarity about the user and how to meet their needs: ineffective effort 4. Inconsistent collaboration and teamwork 5. Lack of openness and trust 6. Undefined procedures/workflows/working relationships 7. Lack of alignment on goals and definitions of success
