In 2015, Marsha Linehan, Ph.D., published an updated and expanded second edition to her internationally
recognized DBT skills manual.
In the new second edition, Linehan elaborates on two key therapy concepts essential to the treatment of borderline personality disorder:
Dialectics and Validation.
This workshop explores how these two treatment concepts specifically address the cognitive and emotional skill deficits intrinsic to Borderline Personality Disorder and other disorders involving emotional dysregulation.
As a participant you will receive a copy of Linehan’s
newest manual, DBT Skills Training Handouts and
Worksheet Manual, second edition, and discover what
makes this treatment model so effective.
