When will autofocus have difficulties?•When in low light•When attempting to focus on an object which is surrounded by many similar objects•When attempting to focus on an a small object which is very close•When attempting to focus on something far away in the distance• The camera may try to find an image in the foreground and result

in a blurred image of the actual object you are trying to focus on in the distance

How to Resolve This•Focus on the object far in the distance while you are in autofocus mode without including anything in the foreground if possible.•Then, lock-in that focus by switching to manual mode •Then you may take your photo in landscape mode which may now include images in the foreground without affecting your focus.
