Let’s celebrate our memories ofPappy and Gran-Gran’s farms.Look around your house and findthe special things that came fromthe farm house. Write out a shortdescription of the item and anymemories you may have. We willhave a designated area set up todisplay all of these items .

Cousins....what are yourmemories of the farm andtime spent with Pappy andGran- Gran? Write downyour memories and sendthem to Aunt Sue. She iscompiling a memory book tocapture all of our stories sothey can be passed down tofuture generations.

It’s a night filled with yourfavorite games. Bring alongany games you may have athome. They can be games weplayed in our younger days orcurrent games you and yourfamily play.

It’s your night to be aSTAR! Take themicrophone and sing yourheart out. There’sthousands of songs tochoose from!

We are going to get our “GLO“on Saturday Night as we play Bingo underthe black light! Dress to impress with your neon family reunion t-shirtand accessories. Anything neon or fluorescent will glow, so be creative!We will have fluorescent markers available for you to sign/decorate eachother’s t-shirts. We are asking everyone to bring 10 bingo prizes – dollarstore is a great place to shop for these items. We need adult prizes(something that male or female would like), and we also need kids prizes.Please put each item in a gift bag or wrap them. We will also have someother FUN glow items available.

Media/Music/Audio - all the technical stuff!

Photographers: Roving photographer(s ) catching random picsduring the weekend. Also need a photographer to take family andgroup pics Saturday morning. I have some projects that includedesigning/building some photo ops–I have the ideas just needsome labor and items transported to the reunion–very simple!

Down On The Farm Coordinator - secure and display the itemsbrought

BIN-GLO - need accessories made for the event (very simple),help decorating/set up, snacks/drinks coordinator, BIN-GLO caller

Share The Love Bags - need someone to oversee the bags andthat everyone has one displayed on the wall (we will provide thebags and materials)

Time Capsule Coordinator - someone to oversee thisproject...provide locking container. We will be collecting theitems from everyone on Saturday morning during Family Time.This person will be responsible for storing the Time Capsule afterthe reunion (actually for 10 years! )
