DESCRIPTION
On July 11th 2009, the Denver, Colorado edition of the World Naked Bike Ride took place. This is a protest about oil consumption and how it allegedly impacts the environment and not so much about nudity. A typical attendee of the WNBR will probably define "indecent exposure" as the environment being adversely exposed to oil consumption and gas guzzling SUVs like the Hummer. When the bike ride took place last year in Denver, there was a police escort. At this year's bike ride, the police did not care as long as the bicyclists obeyed the rules of the road. While following them for a few streets with my camera, a lady in a car shouted at me "make sure you put it on youtube!" and another guy in car asked me what the occasion was. I explained that it was the World Naked Bike Ride.
