Pull-down lists used in editors throughout the application support

A timestamp is automatically updated each time a record is changed.
Revisions and milestones are tracked and referenced to formal “Log“ entries.

The Library is the catalog of individual items and materials that are used in the project and quantified in reports. Sets are the collection of items that make up the contents of each room. Standard sets can be assigned to multiple
rooms.
A unique room set can be quickly created from - or converted to a standard set.
Rooms can be assigned any combination of up to 5 set types: A/M/E/P; Equipment; Furnishings; Accessories and Finishes, plus vitals and remarks.

Reports can be configured, filtered and adjusted in a number of ways, but will always retain a consistent and professional look. Save a few trees. Reports are easy to review on-screen and can be shared on portals and through collaboration / information platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint®. Reports can be published as Adobe Acrobat PDF®, Word documents, sent to Microsoft One-Note®, Microsoft Publisher®, Adobe InDesign®, and other publishing software. Data from tables, queries and reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel®, XML, BIM systems, CAFM systems, CADD systems and other databases. Standard reports include a finish schedule that generates a formatted Microsoft Excel® Spreadsheet. Customized reports and other enhancements can be added using Microsoft Access® tools and methods.
