The SPLab research group, as part of the Brno University of Technology (BUT), is involved in fundamental and applied research in the fields of voice, image, video and text processing. Within the framework of the 2018 41st International Conference on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (TSP) held during July 4-6, 2018 in Athens, Greece, we invite you to present and discuss advances in the research and development of intelligent systems for complex image processing and interpretation, based on efficient feature selection in the field of diagnosis, monitoring and control. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:
to introduce activities of research teams involved in the signal processing field of science
to share knowledge among researchers and discuss possible areas of further cooperation
to strengthen links among the research community
The workshop is focused on fundamental and applied research mainly in these domains:
All accepted papers will be published in the TSP 2018 Conference Proceedings issued on USB drive. The Proceedings with presented papers will be submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library - IEEE Conference Record #43564, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of Thomson Reuters, SCOPUS, DBLP, and Google Scholar databases. Selected papers will be published in special issues of international journals.
