1. Reference standard
The product meet the state standard ofGB/T 12706-2002 Rated Voltage 1kV(Um=1.2kV)35kV(Um=40.5kV)
Extruded Insulation Power Cable and its Accessories and meet needs of customer according to standard of IEC,

3. Rated Voltage of Cable
Cable Rated voltage applies to system voltage and operation condition of cable, in sign of U0/U(Um):U0- Rated work voltage of cable conductor relative to screen or metallic sheath
U- Rated voltage between cable conductors
Um- The Max. value equipment can bear of maximum system voltage
The rated voltage of power cable should apply to the operation condition of cable, in order to choose cable free,
the system is divided into following three types:
Type A: any phase can separate from system within 1min when it touches ground and conductor
Type B: The system can operate within short time when the single phase fails. Grounding failure time should be
not more than 1 hour. Long operation time with failure is allowed, but in any case the time should be not more than
8 hours and the total lasting time in one year not more than 125 hours.Type C: including systems not belonging to Type A and Type B.

1. Power cable installment attention matter
1.1 The electric cable and the thermal energy pipeline parallel installment should keep 2m distance, overlapping
should maintain 0.5m.
1.2 The electric cable and other pipeline parallel or overlapping installment should keep 0.5m.
1.3 Electric cable burying installment, 135kv electric cable depth of burying not less than 0.7m.
1.4 10kv or below electric cable installment, the net distance between each other not less than 0.1m, 1035kv
not less than 0.25m. Overlapping installment the distance not less than 0.5m.
2. Product installment condition
2.1 Electric cable installment environment temperature: PVC insulation or PVC sheath of the electric cable, the
installment environment temperature should be not lower than 0 .
2.2 Minimum bending radius of the electric cable installment

2.3 6kv or above electric cable joint box
2.3.1 When install the cable termination, must strip off the semiconductor shielding layer, the operation does
not have to damage the insulation, should avoid the slash and the uneven situation, if necessary making
smoothing by sandpaper; the shield nose should level, and must (carbon granule) eliminate the graphite
cleanly.
2.3.2 The plastic insulation electric cable copper tape shield and the steel belt must earth well, to the short
line also should follow this principle, avoiding three-phase moves not balanced and the steel belt nose
having electromotive force, even flame or burning protective covering. The earth wire must use the
tin-plating knitting copper wire, when connecting with the electric cable copper tape, should use the
ferrochrome soldering, but not the blow lamp welds, in order to avoid loss by burning insulation.
2.3.3 The three-phase copper tape shield should be separately connected with the grounding, and shield
grounding and the steel belt earth line should draw out respectively, the interaction insulation, theposition of welding the grounding to be low.
2.3.4 To electric cable termination and middle attachment basic request: A the conductor connection is good;

B insulation reliable, the recommendation using the exposure to cross linking hot contraction silica gel
insulation material; C seal is good; D enough mechanical strength, and can adapt all kind of movement
condition.
2.3.5 The electric cable must prevent the water and other corrosive material corrosion, avoiding the water tree
to cause the insulating layer to get older causes the puncture.
2.3.6 Electric cable loading and unloading must use the crane or the forklift, forbid to transport evenly, put
evenly; the large-scale electric cable installment must use the cable car, in order to avoid the electric
cable or drives artificially the external force damage the surface.
2.3.7 When the electric cable cannot lay promptly for some reason, should place it in drying place storing,
prevented the sunlight insulation and the electric cable entering the water and so on.
