First off, how often should the cooler be

cleaned?Normally, someone should clean it every time you change bottles, or every 6 weeks at most. For ease and less mess, this should always be done when the bottle is empty, regardless of how often. Make sure that someone is in charge of water bottle maintenance so that this important process is not forgotten.

How do you actually clean it?

1. Unplug the device and take out the empty jug. 2. Take the H2OK cleaning solution and pour recommended amount into reservoir.

3. Wipe out the reservoir with a soft wash cloth.4. Let solution sit for 15 minutes to clean. 5. Drain the liquid from both taps into the bucket.

6. Rinse reservoir by pouring clean water in. Empty into bucket, as well. 7. Pour remaining liquid into sink. 8. Insert new bottle into cooler and plug back in.
