I want to help you evaluate your images - SO YOU DON’T SHOWCASE BAD IMAGES

More bad images are created today than 10 years ago (bad Photographers are cropping up l ike mushrooms) Models are showing work (created by bad photography) that doesn’t help them get more work; images of themselves that don’t showcase how pretty they are. In the end, models showcasing sub-standard work of themselves cost those models thousands of dol lars of lost income.

I’m not sure why models select bad images, but we are here to help!

SPEND MONEY ON YOUR HAIR?Most professional models take care of themselves, they go to a professional to have their hair colored, cut, manicures and pedicures (to name a few services). When I see images and the hair looks like a bad clump of darkness I can’t help but wonder why did that model spend all that time and money on a color and cut, only to shoot with a photographer who can’t capture their hair or their face correctly?

Admittedly this happens more on models with dark hair, but none the less it can happen to any model.

So when looking at your images, or looking at a photographers work.

Look at the hair.

Is it in focus?

Does it have a natural texture and shine to it?

Most importantly does it look l ike hair?

BAD LIGHTING = YOU LOOK BADWhen you are looking for a photographer to create your images, really look at the lighting.

So when looking at your images, or looking at a photographers work it is important to real ly look at the l ighting. Is it natural l ighting, is it control led? Do the highl ights (white areas) and shadow (dark areas) have detai l (can you see texture in them)... or are they blown out (without detai l )?

Look at the subject (model) in the image. Is the model “ l ight” properly? Lighting is a VERY important component in good photography.

REMEMBERAll the bad lighting and pictures I just showed you, are for sale, I bought them!

What that means is the models shown in the pictures don’t have a Good Public Image! It devalues the model and it makes it harder for her to find work and make money or gain popularity, all because she doesn’t look great.

Bad Images = Poor Public Image
