Zaytoun is the Arabic word for Olive.

We supported Palestinian olive farmers to produce the world’s first Fairtrade olive oil in 2009, and pioneered its sales on UK shop shelves.

It remains our flagship product.

Zaytoun’s olive oil was commended in the Soil Association Food Awards in 2011

In 2014 Zaytoun’s olive oil was voted the nation’s 2nd Favourite Fairtrade product after Divine Chocolate’s milk chocolate bar

Our organic hand-rolled maftoul is an artisan grain made from organic bulgur wheat that is rolled by hand with wholewheat flour and water until the grain reaches the right size. It is then washed and sun-dried.
