HIGH-RISE BUILDINGSHOTEL AND OFFICE
Soaring to a height of almost 119 meters, the Zoofenster building has
made a new mark in the Berlin skyline. It features commercial premi-
ses, a luxury hotel and flexible office space. The pedestal references the
height and lines of the surrounding structures. The light natural stone
facade is delicately contoured, boasting recesses and horizontal fluting,
which provide shade and create a sculptural effect. The glass facade
on the front of the high-rise gives the tower a striking effect from afar,
especially at night.
