known as a ZUMBA Fitness Party –

combines that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a uniquely blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits!!

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements.

Zumba's choreography incorporates hiphop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts!

Squats and lunges are also included.
