About AMRANZThe Association of Medical Recruiters Australia New Zealand was established in 2005

as a Member Group of the RCSA.

AMRANZ provides a focal point for specialist medical consultancies whose business is the recruitment of Medical Practitioners into and within Australia and New Zealand and the provision of Locums to hospitals within both countries.

About RCSAThe RCSA is the international Association representing the recruitment industry in

Australia and New Zealand. With a stakeholder base in the order of 20,000, RCSA assumes responsibility for leading the direction and fostering the growth of the recruitment profession. The RCSA is a self-funded not-for-profit Association.

• RCSA is the only Recruitment, On-Hire and Consulting Industry Body/Professional Association in Australia and New Zealand

• responsible for ensuring continued growth of the industry and professionalism of individuals within the industry

• more than 3,800 members (Corporate & Individual)• RCSA/AMRANZ members must abide by the RCSA Code for Professional Conduct

(authorised by ACCC in Australia and recognised by the Commerce Commission in New Zealand)

• RCSA/AMRANZ actively lobbies and advocates on behalf of the industry, regularly produces submissions for Federal and State governments and bodies and has a close working relationship with key stakeholders and government.

RCSA Individual Membership Professional Accreditation Framework RCSA PAF = Excellence

• The RCS Professional Accreditation Framework (PAF) aligns individuals with recruitment career paths and provides public recognition of a member’s knowledge, skills, experience and commitment to continuing professional education. Individuals can apply for any level of membership, provided they meet the minimum criteria.

• RCSA Corporate Members who support the RCSA PAF are actively advancing the Recruitment industry and building its standing as a true profession. The RCSA PAF provides a professional identity, competitive edge and credibility that clients look for in today’s professional market.

•To be admitted into the RCSA Professional Membership Framework an individual must meet the three elements of professional membership i.e:•meet the minimum education and/or experience requirements•commit to maintain skills and knowledge by adhering to the RCSA CPE requirements•commit to adhering to the RCSA Code of Professional Conduct

RCSA Professional Membership is available at three levels:•Accredited Professional (APRCSA)•Member (MRCSA)•Fellow (FRCSA)Individuals may enter at any level of Membership provided they have met the minimum requirements

Non-Professional Membership (Affiliate)No education or experience requirements
