There is a wave of development flowing through every country, every state, and every city in

the world. In this race of infrastructural evolution, no one wants to be left behind. Developing

countries are trying everything they can and working hard to rise up their level and the already

developed countries are investing heavily in maintenance and trying to better their framework.

What is the most important factor which leads to a successful completion of task? It is the

proper and adequate amount of analysis and preparations beforehand. In the matter of

development of a city it becomes more of problem because different areas have different

groundwork. And to lay a plan u need heavy work on the planning in accordance with the space

and support available in respective zones. For this there is term know as planning zoning has

been defined.

Planning is the start point of the long race of developing a city, in order to carry out the process,

all the problems that can be faced are to be taken into account and solutions are to be kept at

planning can be done. In making the strategy, it is important to be aware of the potential of

each area in the town for, for example, you need to know the amount of space available for

building structures like bridges, flyovers, setting up tracks etc. this mainly depends on the

livelihood in that area, that is; the population density. Another factor to be taken into serious

consideration is the natural terrain and conditions of the place, there may be a river or lake

nearby or the lowlands, this may affect the process. The productivity of the zone is to be

checked before we implement the project, so that it is not affected by the program to be put

into action.

The best ways considered

For this purpose, the best way is to divide the city into zones according to their respective

properties. This is known as zoning. Zoning information needs to be obtained and this is done

by long term research. This requires heavy investment and a team of experts to conduct a

survey, analyze all the aspects of the zones and create a processed data which will help in

planning the development. In order to maintain the efficiency, zoning companies are

established. They take up projects and have experienced officials handling the zoning of city.

letters. These letters are verified written documents containing data about the development

potential in a particular zone. These zoning letters prove to be a big help to various other

companies and organisations in the process of planning their investments, they help them in

has helped many organisations in the process of development of a particular site.
