Led Black Hills State Offense to school record for Total Offense in 2014 as well as #5 in Scoring Offense in RMAC in only 2nd year at Division II level

Nick Fulton was named the Offensive Coordinator at Northern Colorado in December

of 2018 and looks to continue the success he’s had as OC at Colorado Mines since

2015.

In his four seasons at Mines, Fulton produced one of the most dynamic and

productive offensive units in NCAA Division II and one of the best in all of college

football. A three-time finalist for the FootballScoop.com Coordinator of the Year

award in 2015, 2016 and 2018 for the prolific results of his passing offense which

produced the Harlan Hill Trophy winner in 2016, in 2017 Fulton shifted Mines’ focus

to dominate the run game as All-American Cameron Mayberry rushed for more than

1,500 yards and the Orediggers had an NCAA top-10 ranked rushing offense.

Over his career, Fulton has coached every position on offense. Consistently

retooling his offense and moving from a pass focused attacked to one based on the

ground, Fulton has demonstrated that he is one of the best young offensive minds in the nation.
