It is often easier to tell when something is wrong than to know how it should be when it is right. What is involved in being ‘whole’? Being ‘complete’ or /whole’ means that we are a fully intact human being in a psychological sense. You may go bald or have lost a leg in an accident, but that need not influence your feelings of being complete. Being ‘whole’ means having self-confidence and generally feeling positive about your person and your life. It also means accepting yourself with all your strengths and faults. When you feel complete, you enjoy what you have. At the same time, you feel able to change those things in your life that need improvement and accept those things that cannot be changed. You relate with ease to the people with whom you come into contact on an everyday basis. This does not mean that we should have only positive or fulfilling relationships with others. Someone who is a complete person can be at odds with themselves and people around them at times; after all, this is part of growing up, developing as a person and becoming mature. Being at odds with yourself or others need not stop you engaging with the world around you. In order to feel whole, we need a sense of self, a sense of who we are, what our values are, and how we relate to others, be they family, colleagues, neighbours or complete strangers. In addition, we also need to be tuned in to our own feelings, to our body and to nature around us. This means that we have not only to look at the physical, mental and emotional level of existence, but over and above, go one step further and explore the spiritual side of human nature. It is only when all four aspects of life interweave successfully that we are truly complete. So let us now look at all four components- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual-in more detail. -VERA PEIFFER

How do we know if we are complete? Try at your home

Can you prove 1=2 (Boolean logic)

It is a well-Known fact that 2 is not equal

to 1 but you can prove it as follows;

We know that

a2-a

2 = (a-a) (a+a)

a (a-a) = (a-a) (a+a)

a = a+a

a = 2a

1 = 2

Fun with 37:

If one multiplies 37 by

3, 6, 9, 12…27 (AP) then

the wonderful results given by it are:

37 X 3 = 111 37 X 6 = 222 37 X 9 = 333

37 X 12 = 444

37 X 15 = 555

37 X 18 = 666

37 X 21 = 777

37 X 24 = 888

37 X 27 = 999
