Disability Program Navigator Grant

• Began in 2006- funded through Department of Labor grant

• Education/Training and Outreach Focus• No direct case management• Provides “Navigator” in office to work with

staff, employers, city officials, non-profit agencies, and others to promote hiring of persons with disabilities
