SUMMARY OF JOB: To compile and present financial data received from districts, basic analysis of

reports and assist in information management and report preparation for program

monitoring. Maintain all records and reports relevant to the program.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate in commerce (min. 50% marks) with Diploma / Certificate in computer

applications. Knowledge of, M.S Office & Tally. Basic skills in office management and

filling systems. Good typing and data entry skills in English & Punjabi.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years work experience.

AGE: 18-35 years. Relaxable in the case of candidates belonging to the reserved

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: To feed collected data in accounting software, compile, analyze and present this

to DAO.

word processing], Excels [having knowledge of at least data analysis and preparation

of charts/ graphs], ‘Power Point’ [having knowledge of at least preparation of

presentation and making a show in logical manner as desired by the controlling

officers] and ‘Access’ [at least for database management].

• Provide technical support for production of mass communication material like Pamphlets, Posters, Flipbooks, Advertisements and other publicity material.

• Carry out need assessment to provide training on IEC/BCC activities and prepare training curriculum and plan training activities at district to grass root levels.

• Visit the field institutions for implementing BCC activities at peripheral level.

Subject: Empanelment as Anesthetist on contract basis under NRHM. On the basis of selection made by the Selection Committee, you are hereby empanelled as Anesthetist under NRHM initially upto 31/3/2007. You will be paid Rs. 1500/- per Emergency Obstetric Care Case Conducted + traveling allowance @ Rs. 6/- per KM upto maximum 50 KMs per case on call. You will render your services on call at _____________________ on following terms & conditions:

1. You will be required to be present on the given contact address/ telephone numbers and you will be required to maintain your own mobile phone working 24x7 hours.

2. You will report for duty whenever called from opted institutions. The call response time should not exceed half an hour.

3. Your empanelment period may be extended depending upon the work performance and your conduct during the service period. The decision of the authorities in this regard will be final.

4. Declaration in writing will be given by you before joining to the effect that at no point of time you were dismissed from service from any Govt. organization or convicted by any court for criminal offence.

5. The empanelment could be discontinued on one month's notice from either side.

6. The empanelment is liable for termination on the ground of inefficiency, non responsiveness, misconduct; or your work and conduct not found satisfactory at any time during the currency of the contract period.

7. If any information declaration/ document furnished by you in connection with this empanelment is found to be false or incorrect at any point of time, your empanelment will be revoked forthwith.
