INTRODUCTIONTrotter(1986) has introduced a theory of teachers development for us to be a master in our field.

Generally, a teacher needs 10 to 15 years to achieve master level.

A teacher needs many years to achieve expert level and only few will achieve master level.(Trotter,1986)

IMPLICATIONS OF MASTER TEACHERSThey can manage variety information and problem.They can handle classroom smoothly. They can give talk or ideas and being an authoritative to change any policies in their profession. They can conduct course to improve novice, competence, effective and expert teachers.

IMPLICATIONS OF MASTER TEACHERSThey are called by other school or organizations to give talk. They can be the advisor and reference for other teachers.Their thought and ideas are listened by the administrators in order to improve school achievement. They can be the mentors for the novice teachers.
